Arbitration and mediation

Midway between negotiation and a trial before a Common Law or Administrative Court are alternative solutions to solve a conflict. Arbitral decisions must be based on a principle of law, whereas the mediator’s intervention helps the parties develop their own solutions. Depending on your needs, we are able to offer you the services of an experienced lawyer to act as an arbitrator in different areas of expertise and as a certified Québec Bar mediator for civil and commercial matters (which excludes family mediation).
